CaseCamp, ahoy!

September 26, 2006 by Matthew

Eli Singer, a Canadian user of ours who completely rocks our socks, has put together an unconference similar to BarCamp and DemoCamp that are specifically for marketing oriented topics.

CaseCamp is about telling stories. Presenters, following The Rules of CaseCamp, share case studies of their work. The goal is to create a commons for discussion, learning and networking between all participants.

I'll be attending the CaseCamp tomorrow night, September 27th at The Fifth Club in downtown Toronto, and invite anyone who's there to say hello.

And, of course, for more information check out the CaseCamp wiki, hosted by yours truly (that makes it 100x cooler, we know)!

StikiPad: Podcast friendly.

September 26, 2006 by Matthew

We received an e-mail from Ben, one of our users, about including us as a tool in a Small Business podcast called The Great Small Business show.

Of course we're flattered, and of course we're excited others are so pumped about StikiPad! (And as a reminder, e-mail us if you stumble across something we can feature..)

Scheduled Downtime

September 12, 2006 by Matthew

We have some optimization that we'll be doing to the StikiPad engine as of 11pm CDT tomorrow, September 13th. The system will be unaccessible for approximately 1 hour.

More information when the upgrades have finished!

On the on-going issues.

September 3, 2006 by Matthew

We've been having some severe problems keeping the system active over the past 24 hours which has resulted in disruptions across the majority of accounts.

We're here, we're as frustrated as you are, and we're working our butts off trying to get things up 100%.

Our apologies for this labour day mess.. we'll have a full recap when we can contain the problem.

Update (8am CDT): Things are finally steady again. Full report coming soon over at the forums.
